What is the return policy?
We will refund any item(s) provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached (in original packaing) with 14 days of receiving the item(s).
Note: personalised item(s) such as under garment, swimwear or customised items such as football boots, gloves cannot be returned due to hygiene reason unless defective or damaged during shipment.

How do i get my refund?
Any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order.
Original delivery cost and taxes (if applicable) are refunded only if returns are for defective and faulty items, or incorrect item shipped.
Paypal Refund Return Service
You can now have your return cost covered (up to USD 15) if you paid using paypal. This means that if you want to return an unwanted item, the shipping costs of sending it back to us will be refunded by Paypal directly in your paypal account. You need to activate this service before making a purcahse in order to qualify.
